ТОК: Check and Top Up Your Transport Cards
The ТОК mobile application allows you to check the balance and top up transport cards in Kaluga and Obninsk.
Wherever you are and at any time, you will be aware of the current status of your transport card. Simply launch the ТОК app and tap your transport card to the back of your NFC-enabled phone.
If your phone does not support NFC, you can check the balance using the barcode or card number.
You can top up or extend your transport card by using a payment card from any bank without any commission. Additionally, there is an option to change the tariff of your transport card to one that suits you better.
Top-up operations made through Sberbank Online or the t-karta40.ru website can also be recorded on your transport card using the ТОК app. To do this, you need to log in to your profile or register. Recording is only possible on phones with an NFC controller certified by NXP.
ATTENTION: If your phone does not support NFC or transport services, the paid top-up and extension operations for all types of cards can be recorded on the transport validator on the next day after payment (recording tariff change operations on the transport validator is not possible).
The advanced functionality of the personal profile in the app allows you to promptly receive information about your payments and stay updated with the latest news. And important information about the services will always be at your fingertips. Even if you don't have internet access, you can view the main information sections in the app, find the service point you need on the map, and get answers to frequently asked questions.
